Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3 of Malaga airport.

All type of flights can arrive at both these terminals (EU and non-EU flights).

Customers who arrive at Terminal 2 have to go down the ramp and our office is

the first car hire office they will find.

Customers who arrive at Terminal 3 have to follow the Rent-A-Car signs and will

arrive at the same ramp used by the customers arriving at Terminal 2.

The Walk-in Customers have to go to the AENA car park, take the lift to the -1 floor and

go to the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our office is situated.

In addition to this, we want to stress the importance of adding the flight details to the

bookings for off-airport offices.

As you are aware, it is essential to add the flight details to this type of bookings.

Valencia Airport

A shuttle-bus with a Goldcar Logo on it will be provided from the airport to our office

and vice versa.

After collecting their luggage, clients must go through the automated doors where a Goldcar employee, carrying a Goldcar sign, will be waiting. Clients will be told how to get to

the Goldcar shuttle bus.

The bus stop will be on the 1^st floor (Arrivals). Clients will be taken to our new rental office,

from where they will collect their cars. Clients must also return their cars to the rental office,

prior to being taken back to the airport.  We will provide each client with a map showing

how to return to our office.

The rental office will be open every day from 0800 to 2300.

Collection and return of cars must be within these opening hours.

The meeting point is located in the Arrivals Hall.

When the customers reach the Arrival halls after having collected their luggage,

they have to walk straight until they reach the flight information screens on the right side.

A Goldcar employee will be waiting for the customer and will escort them to the Goldcar

courtesy bus. The bus will take them directly to our off airport office located a few minutes

away at the Shell gas station.

Reus Airport (IRINA)

Goldcar office located in REUS is ON Airport (inside the building).

As you are aware, this office was previously situated OFF-airport.

Once the customers have collected their luggage, they will have to go to the Rent A Car Area where all the Car Hire Companies are and they will find our office there.

The new opening times of our Reus office are 08.00 – 23.00 (please, take into account these new opening times will be only applicable for pick-ups from 01.04 on).

Goldcar now has a key-box to leave the car keys.

Therefore, it will be possible to return the vehicles out of the opening times

(from 01.04.11 on).

The collection out of the opening times is NOT possible.

The customers can arrive at either Terminal T1 (new terminal) or

Terminal T2 of Barcelona airport.

Arrivals at terminal T1:  The customers have to pick-up their luggage and go outside the

Arrival Halls. They will find the “Caffe Di Fiore” coffee shop straight in front of them.

Behind this coffee shop and on the same floor customers have to continue walking following

the signs in the direction of the “Minibus-Meeting Point” (G Parking).

At the end of the ramp, customers have to go down to the lower floor where they will find

the Goldcar courtesy bus.

The customers will be taken to our office from where they will collect their cars.

Clients must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the

airport (terminal T1 or terminal T2).

On arrival the customers will be provided with a map and the details of the

drop-off procedure.

Arrivals at terminal T2: The customers have to pick-up their luggage and go to the

Arrivals Hall situated on the same floor. The customers have to go outside and travel to

the Taxi Rank.

Behind the Taxi Rank Area, the customers will find our courtesy bus.

The customers will be taken to our office from where they will collect their cars. Clients

must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport

(terminal T1 or terminal T2).

On arrival the customers will be provided with a map and the details of the drop-off procedure.

Ibiza Airport
